The tree gives us Oxygen & Caravan gives us livelihood. Crann is always Shining through the Blessings of our Elders & Well Wishers , which comes in the Form of Sun Light.

Caravan is here not only to make money. Of Course , Profit is the requirement for sustenance. However to create a Value Based Organization , wherein there is both personal & Communal Growth , for one & all , One Must realize that even the Members at the Lowest Level of the Grid have a Dream ! Caravan is the place for them to realize their dreams. The Day each member treats Caravan as his own , does everything he can in the right manner with the right intensions and honest efforts , The Caravan Community will Shine.
We were just thinking , Maybe One Day – One of our Truck Drivers will Own a Mercedes Benz for himself – Why Not ?
Special Emphasis is given to Ethics & Conduct in Caravan. Honesty & integrity are Supreme. Even if one is not the smartest of the lot , Integrity & Honesty will drive him up the ladder . We have an Ethics Officer On Board to ensure Emphasis & Importance of this is imparted to each and every member.
Caravan does not indulge in Unfair Practices. There is a Strict “No” for any kind of monetary dealings & benefits , which could lead to undue favors & Advantages Between Caravan , Its Customers or Its Vendors. No Personal transactions with any of Caravan Vendors is allowed , which may lead to Conflict of Interest. A Wise Saying Suggests Well “A Lunch maybe offered out of courtesy at a medium category restaurant , However if taken to a 5 Star Hotel - it is a bribe.”
All employees from the Lowest Level of the Grid to the Board Of Directors , Must be treated with the same respect and dignity. All members are doing their job , Only their roles are different.
All Our Vendors must be treated with respect and one must deal with humility & respect.
Maximum effort is put into maintaining and obtaining 100 % Success herein. This may pertain to Safety Norms / Fire Norms / Vehicle Comprehensive Insurances / Employee Benefits and other relevant matters.
In our field of Logistics , there is always pressure on Margins. However one must realize that there is always a way to Turnaround a Volume Based & Minimal Profit Business into being Highly Profitable through Some Innovation , Research & Development , Brain Storming Sessions , Test Runs or Trial Runs , Working Out Algorithms – Combinations & Permutations.
